Stratacom is one of the largest taxi services centres in Australia and provide a comprehensive range of services including the installation, maintenance and development of taxi equipment and technology.

Stratacom is an important part of CCN’s “one stop taxi workshop” for drivers and operators to sell, install and fix equipment – no matter what network you are with.

Stratacom was established in the late 1970s when services primarily included the installation and maintenance of radios, meters, roof signs and network livery. With the introduction of computerised dispatch, Stratacom’s range of services expanded to include the supply and installation of all in-vehicle equipment such as mobile data terminals, GPS technology, security cameras and surveillance cameras.

With the motto “getting you back on the road in record time”, Stratacom offers off-site support to drivers, and there is a 24 hour service for downloading security camera footage and support.

Stratacom is open longer hours than any other taxi equipment repairer/installer.
